From the apartment, tourists can walk to Florida Street (250m away) where they will find, among other attractions, the famous Galerías Pacífico shopping mall.

Also along that street they will reach the historic Plaza de Mayo (1100m away) where the old neighborhood of San Telmo begins.
The Teatro Colón is very close (250m away), as is the Obelisk (400m away).

From the apartment you can walk to Puerto Madero (900m away) or visit the beautiful Plaza San Martín, just 400m away from where the main tours of the city depart.

Restaurants? Very close there are dozens, of all prices and types of food. 200 meters away is Galerias Pacífico with an important food court.
