This is one of the safest areas in Buenos Aires, and the building has security.

Central location, ideal for tourists.

It is exceptionally located just a few meters from the main tourist attractions in Buenos Aires.

From the apartment, guests can walk to Florida Street (250m), where they will find, among other highlights, the famous Galerías Pacífico shopping mall. Along this street, you can also reach the historic Plaza de Mayo (1100m), which marks the beginning of the old San Telmo neighborhood.

The Colón Theatre is very close (250m), as well as the Obelisk (400m).

From the apartment, you can stroll to Puerto Madero (900m) or visit the beautiful Plaza San Martín, only 400m away, where the city’s main tours depart.

Restaurants? There are dozens nearby, offering a variety of prices and types of cuisine. Galerías Pacífico, with an important food court, is just 200 meters away.

The apartment provides easy access to other neighborhoods in Buenos Aires, as the nearest subway (metro) station is 300m away and the main train station is 600m away.

To visit the popular Recoleta neighborhood, it is just 10 minutes by bus or taxi.

Jorge Newbery Airport is reachable in 20 minutes, and from the Obelisk and Plaza San Martín, shuttle buses depart for Ezeiza International Airport.
